Well, the the awful news came from a specialized blood test. My cat had a horrible illness called "Feline Infectious Pertitinitous"...an illness that is certain to be fatal with no cure, only supportive care and the cat usually dies with a few month period.

I was so devastated, I had just lost my other beautiful kitty to Cancer, I could not believe the fates were giving us this destiny.

The vet gave me little or no hope. Pearl was put on the usual care, prednisone for pain and suppressing the immune system, therefore the illness from progressing and fluid therapy for hydration.

This was awful, but I decided that I was not giving up, I decided to do research about this rare illness that was so feared and dreaded by the veterinarian medical community.

I found a site from a vet in England, she was an expert on this particular illness, and in great detail explained how it attacked and affected the animals body.

After reading her info I decided to research natural medicine....I learned what the virus was doing to the body and treated it as such. I began Pearl on a twice daily regime, by this time, she was totally paralyzed, the Vet urged and strongly pushed me to "put her down" for there was no hope. I blatantly refused..which angered this vet who quite obviously had some control and ego issues. My feeling was that I would do anything and everything that I could, then if after that the Divine saw fit to still take this loving cat, then so be it.

My intuition guided me, Spirlina to detox and oxygenate the blood,Vit C for the Immune system, vit, E for healing process, Omega 3 fish oils, oregano oil for infection,Lecithen for signals from the brain to the spinal cord, Aloe Vera for inflammation and wheatgrass juice as a cleanser. The premise, as in Holistic health care for humans, was to clean the Colon that carried all of the toxins and illness then use the vitamins and supplements to build the body up again.

Well, within 2 weeks of this twice daily treatment, Pearl began to move again,(she was TOTALLY paralyzed at this point when I began this regime) she then began to walk and gain more strength. The Vets were amazed but still saw this as a temporary "stroke of luck" that was unrelated to my actions. But I was not affected, I continued to twice daily make the "concotion"I knew was helping her....she would see the dropper coming toward her and dread having this nasty mixture nudged down her throat, but like children, animals do not like to take their medicine! But they must, so I made sure she did.

Well, I continued this method for months, with Pearl continuing to improve. The vet (whom I switched to the other partner, who was more of a team player and was actually interested and opened to my program, a factor I stress very much!) was beginning to take notice...soon Pearl was being deemed "the miracle cat" for it was unheard of that a cat with F.I.P would survive more than a few months....well, she was been retested for the progression of this disease and her number have been cut in half! 360 were her original numbers, they are now at 160... a few numbers away from the carrier range!!! . Pearl is now "chunky," all of her other tests are normal. The only symptom she now shows is still weakness in her hind legs...and that vet thinks that is from long term use of prednisone, which she will remain on till her numbers are in the normal range.

In the past six months, a few vet assistants have utilized the same treatment for cats that had the fatal illness leukemia as well as other animals with other health problems. All the animals treated had a full recovery and were doing quite well.

I had a friend utilize this regime, her 75 yr old grandmother, a stroke victim, she was totally paralyzed for 5 months, Drs. gave her little hope....well now, that same woman walks with a cane, which is mostly for emotional support & security. This woman no longer speaks of "ending her life" but speaks of the gossip at the hairdressers shop that she still walks to daily!

I decided to utilize this health system for myself. I, who have had some health issues over the years, have felt great improvement and vitality since utilizing Holistic & Natural Medicine. I have come to see this whole experience with Pearl as a life learning lesson, with my Kitty Pearl being my teacher!

I think the point is to understand that we need BOTH western and Natural Medicine, which I integrated for Pearl's treatment. She needed both to get better....one or the other probably would not have sufficed.

It has been 1 year and 3 months since My cat was diagnosed...the experts said she would be gone well over a year ago, but she is still with us and getting stronger and healthier daily. I still have her on the program and she still runs when she sees that darn dropper coming. But that's' OK, cause after she takes her meds, I give her treats and tell her how much she is loved and I thank her for being my gift and messenger from the Divine!

Attack on Twin Towers & U.S: Dream or Reality??

Sitting here, I cannot believe the subject matter of this article...terrorism in the United States and more unbelievable to me, my hometown of New York. It has been very difficult to believe that a dynamic and important city such as N.Y. can be such vulnerable "sitting ducks" and targets for the "madmen & parties" that orchestrated these heinous and evil acts. How did we as "humans” come to the point, or should I say, " revert to" a point? Where it would be justified in killing our fellow man to simply "make a statement" that our way of life is not supported? What kind of "brainwashing and conditioning" is being done when we see such disturbing pictures of people celebrating others death and destruction? I as well as many other light workers cannot believe this has come to pass. Some of the sentiments among us have been” Are we making a difference?” "What role should I play in this?" I believe, yes, we are making a difference, though at such times, it does not feel as though that is true. I myself have thus far known a few people here in New York that are connected to the Twin Tower tragedies, clients, friends and friends of friends. A dear client and lady has a sibling missing, a NY police officer, let us pray for her and all of the other victims and their families for divine guidance and assistance. Perhaps then there will be a few more "happy endings". I urge all of us, to continue to be those of "Light".....continue on our healing paths and when possible help those connected to these tragic events. Lend an ear, a meal, a bit of compassion... use our unique gifts to assist all of us to heal from this land marking period in our current history. I wish all of the U.S and it's "friends" as well as "foes" to have the sensibility to remember in the days to come, when very important decisions will be made, that we are all"brothers"...God knows no difference among race, religion or geography I will support the U.S. because I am an American and believe in a free democracy, we are very privileged indeed to be part of such a land. Although, I must add, I cannot help feel sadness for all peoples around the world, these are scary and confusing times indeed. We can only hope and pray, we, as a human race, will emotionally and spiritually rise to the occasion and make responsible and hopefully peace abiding choices. Many blessings to all.

What is Medical Intuition?

Medical Intuition refers to the ability of a person to provide information about another's physical body.The medical intuitive scans the subjects body for any imbalances, illness as well as feeling the subjects symptoms(example: I always feel, to a degree, the clients symptoms, then scan deeper for the cause) This method can not only provide present information about the body, but past and future as well.Not long ago, a client of mine, called and informed me the reading I had given the prior month was correct. Although she did not believe me at the time, I warned her about a problem in the head and brain area. The response from this woman was"oh, I am fine" I urged her to see a Doctor at any sign of a problem in that area. Well, within a month, I recieved news from her she has a brain anorism, her work partner remembered my warning and called the paramedics immediately. A reading or scanning can take 30 to 60 minutes. Also it can be done at a distance, the client need not be at close proximity. If you look in the "history banks" of past civilzations, most ancient cultures practiced medical intutiion, Egyptians, Mayans, etc. We are fortunate that today we can confirm or deny the findings of most situations medical intuitives bring to our attention by using modern science and technology. The integration of the body, mind and soul... is that not our world's goal?

Let's face it, none of us come from "The Brady Bunch"- and if someone claims that they do, well, I have a bridge for sale! Dysfunction affects most of our families, the degrees only vary. One may come from a background that included an overprotective parent, thus helping to shape a child that may be insecure and afraid to step outside the "safe box" their parents created for them. (Although not everyone would have that reaction to an overprotective upbringing, the nature and personality surely play a role) That person will have to deal with and decide how to handle the pattern. Most likely if the said subject does not take time to understand he or herself emotionally, they will unconsciously continue to recreate the pattern. One must go through some sort of emotional introspective process to bring upon emotional awareness. Let's look at a more extreme example of not only dysfunction but also abuse and abuse has many forms, emotional, physical, sexual, etc. Let's site an example of abuse that is perhaps the most taboo as well as offensive, incest. It seems like all other patterns or aspects of abuse, incest is repeated through out the life of the victim, not only being in the role as the victim, but, also In many cases, acting out at some point in their lives as the abuser. Again, depending on the personality of the person, one can act it "outwardly"(to others) or "inwardly"(to the self). I know of a client who had a most horrendous childhood, with all types of abuse almost a daily happening. The first part of adulthood was filled with addictions of all kind, violence, rage, irresponsibility (all common behavior with such a background) It was only through a deep emotional and spiritual inner process did this person begin to make sense of their lives, pain and turmoil. With psychotherapy, spiritual awakening,(considering the factor of past lives and life lessons ) exploration and emotional support (through either support groups, friends of like mind and emotionally conscious), I am happy to say this person has truly grown, leaps and bounds The pain of such a destructive childhood can do nothing else, but leave an imprint on the soul. It is up to us what we do with our pain, bury it, pretend everything is "ok,” or take the time to do the emotional work and heal ourselves as well as others. Again, the choice is ours.
